Lollipop Chainsaw Gets New Game, Anime Adaptation

Lollipop Chainsaw Gets New Game, Anime Adaptation
Following an announcement on July 17 between Nada Holdings and Dragami Games about future development of Lollipop Chainsaw projects, the two companies revealed today that the Lollipop Chainsaw video game series will not only get a new game, but also an anime adaptation. New social media accounts for the series were also opened. No other details for either the new game nor anime — including a release date and staff — were announced at the time of reporting. Nada Holdings claims in the press release that the new game will be made “without imposing excessive creative restrictions in the name of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion),” and that "the new title aims to recreate a world rich in dark humor." The Japanese press release also reflects the same language used in the English release.
