Relying only on Claudius' facial expressions, which had not yet moved, and the director's instructions, I recorded my character's voice. It was an exceptional experience to be alone with the director in the silent studio, as if we were rehearsing a stage performance. I have not yet seen the moving characters or heard the voices of Mana Ashida-san and the rest of the cast. I am very much looking forward to the completion of the film. Director Hosoda's works always exceed my expectations and show me a world I have never seen before. Anyway, I can't wait for its completion!"
