One Piece Cafe Los Angeles Opens on August 2 with Exclusive Merch and Menu Items

One Piece Cafe Los Angeles has been welcoming fans into the world of Eiichiro Oda’s ONE PIECE for the past couple of weeks with a soft opening preview, and now the full launch is almost upon us. Following the first U.S. cafe’s debut in Las Vegas, Toei Animation lined up the One Piece Cafe Los Angeles grand opening for August 2, with the promise of merch and menu items that won’t be available at any other locations. The ONE PIECE -themed cafe is located in Little Tokyo at 241 S. San Pedro Street. The first 100 guests in line on opening day this Friday will get to take part in the grand opening giveaway, which includes the following gifts: First 10 guests: Free One Piece Cafe tote bag with $100 worth of One Piece merchandise Next 50 guests: Free tote bag with $50 worth of merch Final 40 guests: Free tote bag RELATED: Pokémon Teams Up With Weekly Shonen Jump Authors for Collab Illustrations The Los Angeles location will feature some new menu selections, such as: Sanji’s “Diable Jambe” Chicken Katsu Sando – Spicy chicken katsu sando on honey milk bread with house-made katsu sauce Sanji’s Beef Yakisoba – Savory garlic soy beef yakisoba with sautéed veggies and house pickles Hatchan’s Takoyaki – Octopus fritters with house sauce, bonito flakes, and seaweed Robin’s Flower-Flower Power Refresher  – Blueberry lavender lemonade with butterfly pea tea Assorted artisan donuts: Gum-Gum Devil Fruit Delight (ube icing with vanilla cake topper), Luffy’s Passion Punch (passion fruit, blood orange, pomegranate), and Zoro’s Gold Mark (chocolate ganache with matcha crumble) As for the exclusive merch, items that will only be available in LA include character-themed T-shirts, tote bags and drinkware. While supplies last, there will also be One Piece Cafe exclusives like keychains, plushies, pins, lanyards and a ONE PIECE puzzle set.
