The summer 2025 TV anime See You Tomorrow at the Food Court and the upcoming TV anime Alma-chan Wants to Be a Family! jointly launched a collaboration project. Both anime series are based on manga that are currently serialized in Kadokawa's Comic Newtype magazine. The project released a special visual featuring original character illustrations drawn by each studio. The visual depicts a moment like Wada and Yamamoto, the two protagonists of See You Tomorrow at the Food Court , joined by Alma-chan, the protagonist of A lma-chan Wants to Have a Family! . Additionally, special fans featuring this collaboration visual will be distributed for free at Animate Ikebukuro Main Store twice (18:00 and 19:00 JST) on August 22. Each person will receive one fan, and distribution will end when supplies run out. The two main voice cast members of See You Tomorrow at the Food Court — Hiyori Miyazaki (Wada) and Yoshino Aoyama (Yamamoto) — and the voice of Alma-chan, HikaTsukishiro , joined a joint interview between the three. The interview covered topics such as their impressions of both works, highlights, memories of the food court and other topics related to the series' relaxed atmosphere. It will be published in the upcoming October 2025 issue of Monthly Newtype, scheduled to release in September. Yasuhiro Minami ( Gintama episode director) directs the anime at Studio Flad with Yukie Sugawara ( The Vampire Dies in No Time ) writing the series composition and Mika Yamamoto ( Fire Force sub-character designer) drawing the character designs. Hika Tsukishiro (Chika Suzugamori in Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey ) voices the title character, Alma, who is a powerful weapon in the shape of a girl. While Ryota Suzuki (Morihito Otogi in WITCH WATCH ) voices Enji Kamisato and MAO (Kirika Kokuryu in TRILLION GAME ) voices Suzume Yohane, both are the scientists who created Alma. Crunchyroll will stream the new anime when it premieres in the future , and describes the series: A body that combines the appearance of an adorable young girl with overwhelming combat efficiency.
