Disgaea Creator, Re:ZERO Illustrator’s Etrange Overlord Action-RPG Heads West in 2026

The latest game from Disgaea creator Sohei Niikawa is officially coming to the west. NIS America announced plans to bring musical action-RPG Etrange Overlord to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) in early 2026. Niikawa handles the scenario and original Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novel illustrator Shinichiro Otsuka provides character designs for Etrange Overlord , which has the Duke’s daughter taking on the Overlord in a battle for the throne of Hell.  Etrange Overlord Announcement Trailer RELATED: Disgaea 7 Complete Switch 2 Release Date Set NIS America outlines the features: An Army of Subordinates:  As Étrange von Rosenburg, gather a colorful cast of characters from all corners of hell and put them to work as your subordinates!
