Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- 2 Anime to Stream on Crunchyroll

Following the appearance of the staff and cast of Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- 2 at Otakon in Washington, D.C. today, Crunchyroll is announcing that the new season of the anime will stream on the platform when it premieres in fall 2025. Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- 2 Release Date : October 2025 Territories : North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS and India Season 1 Synopsis: After losing her grandfather, Aoi—a girl who can see spirits known as ayakashi—is suddenly approached by an ogre. Demanding she pay her grandfather’s debt, he makes a huge request: her hand in marriage! Refusing this absurd offer, Aoi decides to work at the Tenjin-ya bed and breakfast for the ayakashi to pay back what her family owes. Joe Yoshizaki ( The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows ) will direct the new season at studios GONZO and Makaria. Tomoko Konpari will reprise her role as series composition writer, with Hidemi Katsura on character designs and Takuro Iga on music. The initial voice cast includes Aoi Tsubaki voiced by Nao Toyama, Odanna voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi and Ginji voiced by Shunichi Toki The original light novel by Midori Yuma and illustrated by Laruha ran from April 2015 to March 2022 for a total of 12 volumes. A manga adaptation illustrated by Waco Ioka began in April 2016 with 11 volumes released in Japan to date. VIZ Media releases an English-language version of the manga. The first season of the TV anime, directed by Yoshiko Okuda at GONZO, aired for 26 episodes from April to September 2018. Crunchyroll currently streams the first season.
